MINIMUMS:  Professional Accounts must order 3 items per product number and a minimum of $100.  A $10 service charge will be added to non-conforming orders.

FREE SHIPPING:  Your order will be shipped free if your total order (not including probiotics) is $250 or more.

RUSH ORDERS OR SPECIAL SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS:  Cost Extra Based on Weight, Location and Means of Shipping.

RETURNS:  For refunds, goods must be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment.  Protective wrapping must be intact.  Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization from Kirkman®.  Call Kirkman® for info.  A 25% restocking fee will be charged.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

PROBIOTICS:  To assure stability of probiotic products, probiotics are usually shipped separately in special cold packs.  Probiotics are only shipped Mondays–Wednesdays.  During cold seasons, Kirkman® will ship your probiotics by 3 day transit.  During warmer seasons, Kirkman® normally ships by 2 day transit.  If your total order is more than $250, Kirkman® will split shipping costs with you on a 50/50 basis.  If you are reshipping probiotics, you must ship probiotics in cold packs using a shipping method that allows the product to be delivered cold.

TERMS:  Initial orders must be prepaid by check or credit card or shipped C.O.D.  If your credit application is approved, you will be extended Net 30 day terms thereafter.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  Payment in U.S. funds when the order is placed is required.  International customers are responsible for duties, taxes and shipping costs.  Payment may be made with credit cards, by electronic transfer or international money order.

F.O.B.:  All orders are shipped F.O.B. Reno, NV.

MINIMUM ADVERTISING POLICY:  Kirkman® enforces a strict no discount policy on advertised Kirkman® products (print or internet).  Violation of this policy may result in a suspension of your account.
